From Michigan to Northwestern

Appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court

National Social Security advocacy
Jason co-founded the Alliance for America's Promise, a Social Security disability rights group, where he is a director. In November 2025, ProPublica reported on the group's advocacy against a proposed cut to disability benefits for older workers: a proposal the administration did not adopt. Source ProPublica
